Mechanical Assembly Engineer

Qualification: B.E or Diploma (Mechanical / EEE / ECE / Mechatronics / IT / CSC)

Experience: 1 to 5 Years

  • Knowledge of mechanical components, materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with SPM, assembly and testing.
  • Strong understanding of design (drawings), GD&T and mechanical engineering principles.
  • Knowledge of specialised machinery and equipment.
  • Knowledge of design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA).
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (e.g. Electrical, Programming).
  • Conducts preliminary trials to check the functioning of various control systems.
  • Identifies areas for optimisation or standardisation in fluid controls, jigs and fixtures.
  • Understanding of ergonomics.
  • Communication with stakeholders.

Mechanical Design Engineer

Qualification: B.E or Diploma (Mechanical or Mechatronics)

Experience: 2 to 8 Years of experience in the SPM & Automation field

  • Preparing machine concept drawings as per the customer requirement.
  • Experience in 2D & 3D development.
  • Proper GD&T and BOM preparation.
  • Knowledge in Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Bearings, LM Rails & various machine elements selection & calculation.
  • Skill required to understand the customer drawings & requirements.
  • Knowledge in basic electrical elements like sensors, servos, load cells, LVDTs, etc.
  • Knowledge in special purpose machine, jigs and fixture design.
