Job Requirement

Preparing machine concept drawing as per the customer requirement.
Experience in 3D and 2D development.
Proper GD&T and BOM preperation.
Knowledge in Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Bearings, LM Rails and various machine elements selection and calculation.
Skill required to understand the customer drawings and requirements.
Knowledge in basic electrical elements like servos, sensors, load cells, LVDTs etc.
Knowledge in special purpose machine, Jigs and Fixture design.

Job Requirement

Knowledge of mechanical components, materials and manufacturing process.
Experience with SPM, assembly and testing.
Strong understanding of Design (Drawing), GD & T and mechanical engineering principles.
Knowledge of specialized machinery and equipment’s.
Knowledge of design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA)
Ability to work with cross-functional teams -(e.g., Electrical, Programming.)
Conducts preliminary trails to check the functioning various control system.
Identifies areas for optimizing or standardization in fluid controls, Jigs and fixture.
Understanding of ergonomics.
Communication with stakeholders

Job Requirement

Hands-on experience in the engineering design, installation, and commissioning of PLC-based systems.
Experienced in PLC; HMI Programming in SIEMENS, Mitsubishi, Omron, AB & Schneider PLCs.
Expertise in software engineering practices, principles, and standards.
Experience working with HMI/SCADA systems, and networking protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, Profinet, etc).
Knowledge of electrical and control system design fundamentals, including control logic, schematics, and P&ID’s.
Knowledge about programming using function blocks.
Knowledge in SCADA programming will be a added advantage.
Knowledge about programming special devices like Servo, Testing Instruments, Nut runner and other controllers etc.
Basic Knowledge about electrical safety and circuits.
Good Communication and Analytical Skills.
Troubleshooting and problem solving techniques.
Able to work independently and within cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to apply analytical rigor to solving complex engineering challenges.
